The Board of Directors of Texas Leadership Bank acknowledges that the basis of our relationships with you is trust. As your financial institution, we are entrusted with sensitive personal and financial information about you. We also know that you have an expectation of privacy in your dealings with us. We respect your privacy and are committed to treating your information with the utmost responsibility. We ensure this through the Privacy Policy state below.

Use, Collection, and Retention of Customer Information

We collect, retain, and use nonpublic personal information about you in instances where we reasonably believe that it will help administer our business or provide products, services, and other opportunities to you. We collect this information from the following sources:

Joint Marketing Agreement

Texas Leadership Bank has entered into a Joint Marketing Agreement with a nonaffiliated third party to market products and services. We may disclose nonpublic personal information we collect (as described above) to parties with whom we have joint marketing agreements, as permitted by law.

We have procedures in place to ensure that your financial information is as accurate, current and complete as possible. Employee Access and Use of Customer Information

Bank employee's access to information is limited to only the personally identifiable customer information required to conduct the specific duties associated with the employee's job function. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality. In addition, each of our employees is required to follow our "Customer Relations Policy", which states all customer information is considered private and privileged and is to be used solely for the purpose of providing our customers with the finest service possible. Employees who violate our "Customer Relations Policy" will be subject to disciplinary measures.

Protection of Information via Established Security Procedures

Texas Leadership bank safeguards information according to our established security programs. All of our operational and data processing are located in secure environments that protect your account information from unauthorized access. We maintain and grant access to your information only in accordance with our security standards. The bank's safeguards are in accordance with federal standards.

Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information

We do not reveal specific nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to nonaffiliated parties, except as permitted by law. The law provides for disclosure of nonpublic information under the following circumstances:

  • You request or authorize it;
  • The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you;
  • The information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; or
  • The disclosure is otherwise lawfully permitted or required.

When the Bank conducts business with third parties, it required vendors and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to them.
